Bethel Apartments

Bethel Apartments were opened in November of 1990, and introduced to the Madison area to the concept of congregate housing. Congregate housing allows individuals to remain as independent as possible, and yet makes available a wide variety of supportive services should they be needed.

Twelve two-bedroom apartments are within this addition. Each apartment is 800 square feet in size and is wheelchair accessible throughout. The apartments consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and a storeroom equipped with shelves and washer/dryer hookups.

The facility has a community room which is used for communal meals and activities. It may be reserved for use by the tenants for family gatherings. Bethel Apartments also has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Should a tenant need other services within the Bethel Community, they are given priority consideration for admission into the assisted living facility, adult day services program or the nursing facility.
