Completed in the fall of 2008, the first twin home within the Bethel Community was built. Each home is owned and maintained by Bethel Lutheran Home. The individual or couple purchases a lease from Bethel for their home. They are also guaranteed a return on their lease, based on when they vacate the property. Senior housing with services and the comfort of being part of the Bethel Community!

Here are the financial arrangements outlined for any of the three floor plans that are available:

A non-refundable deposit of $10,000 and a signed lease agreement starts construction! This deposit does not reduce the original entrance fee amount. Each home has:  two car garage, cable TV, wireless internet, handicap accessible bathroom with shower, guest bathroom with tub, walk-in closets, dishwasher, range, refrigerator/freezer and washer & dryer.

A monthly maintenance fee of $400 will be charged cover utility expenses; maintenance and upkeep costs; yard care and snow removal; access to 24-hour nurse call system; and housekeeping services. Optional services available (on a per fee basis) are:  home health nursing; bathing services; meal services; transportation services to local medical appointments, and the housekeeping or maintenance services.
