For over 40 years, the ministry of Bethel Lutheran Home has been rooted in a Christian sense of purpose and ministry of one person caring for another in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Bethel provides a wide array of employment opportunities for people in the health care field today. Each position has a unique role within the Bethel campus, yet each is dependant upon the others to make up the team of men and women who serve within the Bethel Community.

The heart and soul of all that we do lie with the staff who perform the ministry of service that has developed our reputation for quality Christian care. Bethel is committed to take care of the people who provide the care that we are known for. To our staff, we provide:
